• Structural Design: Our experienced structural engineers will design a safe and secure foundation and framework for your building, ensuring its stability and longevity.

2. Structure:

• Materials: We will use high-quality materials for construction, including:
  • Steel from reputable brands like Amba, Fortune, or Kamdhenu.
  • Aggregates in sizes of 20mm and 40mm.
  • First-class quality bricks.
  • Cement, sand, and RCC for concrete work.
• Quality Assurance: We will use recognized brands like Duraton 5X, Shree Mubarkpur, and Dr. Fixit for various construction elements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Waterproofing and Durability: We will implement effective waterproofing measures, including DPC (damp-proof course) up to 3ft from the road level and brick tile on the roof.

• Water Tank: A 3000-liter capacity water tank with 5 layers will ensure adequate water storage.

7. Kitchen:

• Wall Tiles: We will install wall tiles with a budget of up to Rs. 40 per square foot for a stylish and easy-to-clean backsplash.
• Sink Faucet: A high-quality sink faucet with a budget of up to Rs. 1500 will be provided for efficient use.

8. Electrical System:

• Switches: We will install high-quality switches from the Anchor Penta series, ensuring ease of use and durability.
• Wiring: We will use reliable wires from either Anchor or Polycab brands, with thicknesses selected based on specific electrical requirements. This ensures efficient power distribution and safety throughout your building.
• MCB and Main Box: We will install MCBs (miniature circuit breakers) and a main distribution box from reputed brands like Anchor or Polycab for effective overload protection and centralized control of your electrical system.
