• 3D Elevations: We will provide realistic 3D visualizations of your project, allowing you to visualize the final outcome from various perspectives.
• Structural Design: Our experienced structural engineers will design a safe and secure foundation and framework for your building, ensuring its stability and longevity.

2. Structure:

• Materials: We will use high-quality materials for construction, including:
  • Steel from reputable brands like JSW or TATA.
  • Aggregates in sizes of 20mm and 40mm.
  • First-class quality bricks.
  • Cement, sand, and RCC for concrete work.
• Quality Assurance: We will use recognized brands like Duraton 7X/Ultratech and Mubarkpur for various construction elements, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Waterproofing and Durability: We will implement effective waterproofing measures, including DPC (damp-proof course) up to 3ft from the road level and brick tile on the roof.

• Balcony and Parking: Anti-skid tiles of size 12″ x 12″ will be used for these areas, with a budget of up to Rs. 40 per square foot. You can also opt for granite flooring up to Rs. 65 per square foot for a more premium look.
• Stairs: Granite flooring with a budget of up to Rs. 120 per square foot will be used for stairs, adding a touch of sophistication.

• Flooring: Anti-skid tiles with a budget of up to Rs. 40 per square foot will be used for a safe and slip-resistant surface.
• Wall Tiles: We will install wall tiles of size 4′ x 2′ with a budget of up to Rs. 80 per square foot, enhancing the aesthetics of your bathrooms.
• Sanitaryware: Ceramic fittings with a budget of up to Rs. 20,000 will be provided for functionality and hygiene.
• Faucets and Shower Fittings: Jaquar brand diverter and bath fittings with a budget of up to Rs. 20,000 will be installed for quality and performance.
• Water Tank: A 3000-liter capacity water tank with 7 layers will ensure adequate water storage.

7. Kitchen:

• Wall Tiles: We will install wall tiles with a budget of up to Rs. 40 per square foot for a stylish and easy-to-clean
• Sink Faucet: A high-quality sink faucet with a budget of up to Rs. 1500 will be provided for efficient use.

8. Electrical System:

• Switches and Wiring: We will use well-known brands like Anchor Roma for switches and Anchor/Polycab for wires, ensuring safety and reliability. The wire thickness will be determined based on specific electrical requirements.
• MCB and Distribution Box: We will install an MCB (miniature circuit breaker) and distribution box from Anchor or Polycab for effective circuit protection and power distribution.
• Additional Electrical Features: We can also incorporate additional features like camera and cable TV wiring as per your requirements.
• Lighting: We will design and install an appropriate lighting scheme for both the interior and exterior of your building, using energy-efficient LED lights from Philips for the interior. Exterior lighting will be designed based on your specific preferences.
